CARD
Looking for Peter Card m. Sara, moved with Col. John Seward to Snufftown about 1751. Lived on the Seward Plantation for five generations, in fact became owners of some property on the plantation about 1900. This Peter Card is the father of Peter Card who married Phebe Angle.
Also looking for father of John Angle (Angel), b. in Germany, married Martha Burwell in Newark about 1748, moved to Stockholm area soon after. He had two brothers, Jacob and William. Another spelling of his name may have been Engle. Also looking for Reuben Wood, father of Rachel Wood, b. 26 Feb. 1782, m. Daniel Predmore.

COUNTERMAN
Seeking information on Jacob Counterman, b. in Sussex County NJ, parents Henry and Mary Ann Spinner Counterman, possibly from Pennsylvania. Jacob m. Lydia Robbins, Brothers, Jonas and Peter Counterman. Half-sister Sarah Jane Sliker. Mary Ann's second husband after Henry's death was John Sliker from Stillwater, NJ. Jacob /30/1939 and Peter d. May 1913. Any information on the Counterman line would be appreciated.

Need parents of his wife. Mary McCraken, b. 13 Sept 1810, d. 13 Nov. 1881, buried Free Methodist Union Cemetery.
Lydia A. Huston, b. 20 Mar 1843 or 20 Nov 1841 (stone in bad shape).
Need parents of her father – Aaron Huston, mother – Ann Hovey (m. 1838 in Sussex County).

Seeking information on Moses McMickle b. abt 1802, m. to Elizabeth Snook. Son John m. Amy Stites, and their son was Morris (Maurice) McMickle who m. Mary Straway. Their son Atwood McMickle was my great grandfather, who lived on Shady Lane in Newton, Sussex County, and any information on the McMickle & Straway line is welcome. Will share all info.

Am researching Slikers from Stillwater, Sussex County NJ. Isaac Sliker b. abt. 1810, m. Emeline (Emmaline) Spinner b. 4/4/1831 in PA. Children: Catherine, Jacob, Temperance, John, George, Mary, Melinda, William, Peter, Aaron, Horatio Seymour, Idelia Hannah, Abraham and Andrew, and there may have been more of them.
